Metanoia
Metanoia is the first EP by the band Adele Dazeem, released on label Sonic Cathedral.
Metanoia has roots in Ancient Greek philosophy and Christian mysticism, originally meaning repentance or a change of mind, but evolving through thinkers like Carl Jung into a psychological transformation, often following a breakdown. This aligns closely with the imagery of our music: where collapse becomes clarity. The EP traces an inner journey, a passage through darkness, confrontation, and eventual transformation. Debut album released January 2027.
