I work at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, and creative practice - teaching, facilitating, and coaching people to think more deeply about how they make, perform, and come into being.

My background spans performance psychology, alternative higher education, and psychotherapy training, drawing on humanistic, phenomenological, and depth psychological from eastern and western traditions.

Currently, I’m a coach and guest lecturer in Integration & Synthesis on the BASc degree at the London Interdisciplinary School, trainee humanistic psychotherapist and singer, guitarist and songwriter in the London band Adele Dazeem.
